O Autumn Sun
in thy shine I smile
in thy warmth I stay
in the song of thy birds
I hear the winter play
singing the songs of goodbyes
to the green leaves and yellow flowers
to their life in the happy trees
nightingales, butterflies and bees
pigeons, mana’s, crows and parakeet
bidding a farewell till their spring meet.
O Autumn Sun
sparkling beams into my garden
turning time with your moves
green into copper golden hues
O dear Autumn I do love
the colors that you turn
it’s heavenly shades everywhere
the last smiles of the year
and when the snow comes
you will leave, only to return
as the renewed spring breeze.
